INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
• Analysis and Assessment of Existing Systems of Khatian, Map to prepare the precise SRS for DLRMS.
• Providing appropriate software development plans for DLRMS.
• Maintaining Standard development Architecture to integrate Land Service Gateway and Integrator using API.
• System Development and Integration with solution platform through responsive Web Application & Apps.
• Existing data from the current system will be migrated and segregated into a Normalized usable format which will maintain the ACID property of RDBMS.
• Ensuring smooth operation of data entry/update according to templates of Khatian that already exist in paper format in different districts.
• Planning for data backup & periodic reconcile facilities with Several Node.
• Capacity Development and Training for the End-User and Operational User to run the Software smoothly.
• Provide 24x7 Support & Maintenance for the existing platform of e-porcha and new DLRMS as per SLA. |

1. The Software Development Firm will demonstrate experience of at least Seven (07) years in similar service like Developing, Testing, Integration of IT Automation System and other services as specified in ToR.

1. Name and background of the firm with general and similar experiences including firm`s brochure;
2. In case of intention of forming association in the form of JV or sub consultancy, the name of them with relevant experience in specific assignment;
3. List of relevant professional staff with mentioning their qualification and experience with the firm.
4. Summary on experience of the firm in similar service completed during last Seven (07) years, client name, contract value, duration and details of the task.
5. Availability of resources and demonstration of capacity to carry out the assignment should mention in the EOI.
6. Submission of the copies of all legal documents that the firms hold to carry out his business including VAT/IT registration certificate, professional enrolment etc;
7. The Consultant Firm will submit the financial statement of audit reports of previous three financial years to demonstrate the financial capacity.
8. A firm will be selected in accordance with the Public Procurement Act-2006 and Public Procurement Rules-2008;
9. Draft TOR is available in the website of the Ministry of Land www.minland.gov.bd and www.lmap.minland.gov.bd
10. Sealed envelope containing one (01) original and one (01) copy of Expression of Interest (EoI) along with the relevant supporting documents to be marked with “Expression of Interest (EoI) for Selection of Firm for Design, Development, Maintenance & Support Service of Digital Land Record Management System (DLRMS)”. |
