| Brief Description of Assignment |

The services include capacity building program on WASH management and waste (Faecal and solid) management in the 23Pourashavas. The Project will be implemented over a period of 18 months (continuous) and will require inputs from a team of local expert consultants. About 153 person-months of local consultants are required consisting of professionals with expertise in management, training, management information systems, and water supply financial systems. |

Interested consultants must provide specific information which demonstrates that they are fully qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in institutional development, human resource development, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). The short listing criteria are: i. institutional capacity building, ii. Development of utility service’sbilling of Municipalities, iii. business model development, iv. capacity building modules/manuals on water, sanitation and waste management, v. smart service monitoring and community development. |
