| Brief Description of Assignment |

Preparing feasibility report according to prescribed format of NEC-ECNEC wing of Planning Ministry (Environment and Social).
Consulting Services for the Preparation of land survey, Soil test, Master plan, details Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical design & drawing, HVAC design & drawing, Plumbing & Sanitation design for 1 No. 10 storied RCC Building with double basement 650 sqm per floor (approx.) at Chittagong, One 3 storied building with single basement 300 sqm per floor and 22 Nos Field research station 300 sqm (approx.) at different District.
Preparation of drawing, design and cost estimation of 10 nursery shade in different districts.
Renovation works, Detail Engineering Assessment (DEA) works, Drainage system, Boundary wall, Retaining wall etc. Preparation of technical specification, cost and quantity estimates preparation,
Tender documents preparation with necessary technical support from BFRI and finally preparation of DPP. |

The EOIs Would be reviewed on the basis of the following criteria:
Having more than 15 years working experience in Preparation of Feasibility Study Report, Architectural & Structural MEP, Fire Detection & Protection Design in Large Construction Project. Design and Supervision of large scale building, especially on minimum 10 storied RCC building designs with double Basement in Government / Semi Government & Autonomous organization.
a) Technical manpower for Preparation of Feasibility Study Report, Architectural design, structural design, electrical design, Mechanical design, Firefighting and safety design, Social and environmental assessment report preparation.
b) Sufficient financial capacity (At least average annual turnover more than 10 crore for last consecutive five years).
c) Support Services (Office space, Supporting Staff, Logistics, Equipment) [Provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures; description of similar assignments; financial resources; availability of appropriate skills among staff; etc.)]
d) Last 5 years Audited Balance sheet.
e) The firm shall have ISO certification to ensure quality management of the Company. |
