| Brief Description of Assignment |

Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing; Data Center Gap Analysis and Auditing; Data Center Certification (Tier-III) Design & Build at Bangladesh Parliament Secretariat. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
1. Must be registered as a local firm.
2. Joint venture (JV) will be allowed with one partner company only.
3. Participating firm should have experience in Uptime Institute’s complete process (VA/PT, IT Audit, Design Audit etc) for Existing Data Centre TIER III Certification as system integrator.
4. Must provide Uptime Institute’s Authorization for Tier III Certification of Design Documents for Bangladesh Parliament Secretariat’s Data Center.
5. Must have liquid assets as working capital or credit line BDT 25 (Twenty-Five) Lakh.
6. Yearly turnover amounting at least BDT 20 (Twenty) Lakh on average.
7. Must submit up-to-date and valid trade license, Income Tax Payment Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and Certificate of Incorporation.
N.B.: Other documents except those above mentioned will not be evaluated. Interested firms must submit EoI with proper index and page number mentioning the above criteria. |
