The minimum qualifications and experiences:
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in ICT business as a registered company/entity. (Please submit the certificate of incorporation if applicable)
2. Must have a valid and up-to-date Trade license (2020-2021), register of joint stock & companies (RJSC) registration (if applicable), TIN certificate, VAT Identification Number, Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate.
3. The firm should have a Call Center (Must submit relevant documents).
4. Must have experience in providing live 24/7 hosted call center (minimum 100 seats) services to Telecom Company/Government Body/ multinational companies (Must provide work completion certificate/ Experience certificate along with copy of contract and URL ).
5. Must have minimum average annual turnover is BDT 3.5 Core in last 02 years. Please submit the last 02 (Two) years audited financial statements (if applicable).
6. Must have minimum amount of liquid asset in form of credit line or working capital shall be BDT 3 core in last 02 years. Please submit the last 02 years audited financial statements (if applicable)
7. Must have the capability to handle 3 Lacs calls per month. (Must provide technical document like Monthly handle call report / Channel consumption report / SR Report).
8. Must have proven experience of using CRM Software Solution (Must provide URL).
9. Needs to have Test calling Environment ready with equipped devices at Service provider premise. (Must provide document as proof)
10.Multiple Companies having technical and legal competency for developing such products can propose jointly but they must have legal agreement among where one company needs to take the lead. Lead company and its partner companies jointly need to fulfill all conditions mentioned in this ToR. The joint-Venture agreement needs to fulfill all conditions mentioned in this ToR. The joint-Venture agreement needs to have clear identification about each responsibility matrix along with IPR
Aspire to Innovate Programme now invites eligible firms to indicate the interest in providing the services. Interested firms are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services.
Total duration of the contract is 24 (Twenty-Four) months.
