| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The deliverables of the feasibility study will include the following:
a) Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) Report.
b) Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) Report.
c) ConductingDigital, Topographical, Physical, Land use, and other related surveys.
d) A Detailed Master Plan with landscaping and Architectural Design for each component.
e) Detailed Structural Design for each component.
f) Detailed Electromechanical, Plumbing and HVAC Design with specification.
g) Detailed Design of Fire Safety and protective Measures.
h) Detailed Work Plan for the implementation of the project.
i) Assist in the preparation of the Draft DPP of the project by the instruction of the concerned authority. |

a. Letter of submission.
b. Registration Certificate of the firm.
c. Valid Trade License.
d. VAT Registration Certificate.
e. Tax ReturnCertificate.
f. Brochure of the consulting firm summarizing their area of expertise.
g. Experience of the firm in Similar Tasks/Assignments in Last Ten Years.
h. Overall diversified experience of the firm.
i. Bank Solvency Certificate, Yearly Annual Turnover in the Last 5 Years, Minimum 05 (five) years’ audit report of the firm.
j. Available key professionals to carry out the assignment.
k. The consultancy firm must have minimum experience of 20 years.
l. The firm must have experience/work order of working as a TA Consultant for at least 1 Medical Institute related assignment in the last two (2) years.
m. The consultancy firm must haveexperience/work orderof conductingat least 03 (three) feasibility study related projects in the last two (2) years, which assignmentvalue is not less than BDT 300.00 lac. |

i) Consultant will be selected in accordance with PPA 2006 and PPR 2008 and Public Procurement Procedures issued by GOB with its updated amendment. ii) The firm must have the experience of all kinds of drawing, design, supervision, quality assurance experience of similar nature of works.iii) The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOI’s without assigning any reason whatsoever. iv) EOI shall be submitted in sealed envelope, delivered to the address of the undersigned. |
