| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation of draft technical specification and Terms of Reference (ToR) of customized software applications/ modules / mobile applications / websites to be developed within the scope of the project as per DPP.
• Ensure the usage of familiar software development tools and methodologies to create desired functions, system integration and user interface of the software applications.
• Define all aspects of software development from the choice appropriate technology or the coding standards to the workflow.
• Provide technical guidance and training (if necessary) to the software development team.
• Any other duties/responsibilities which may be assigned by the higher authority. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in CS/CSE or relevant field from any UGC approved university. Higher degrees in the relevant discipline or experience in a foreign institution will be given preference.
Work Experience: At least 5 (Five) years of working experience as Software Developer/Engineer or similar role, of which at least 3 (Three) years in Software Development and Coding in various languages (C#, .NET, Java etc.). Previous experience of work in similar kind of government project will be given preference.
Knowledge/Certification: Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture, UML and other modeling methods and familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript and UI/UX design are essential. Certification of Software Architect (CSA)-available online, IT Architect (CITA-P) and SOA Architect will be given preference. |

Remuneration: Negotiable (VAT and TAX will be deducted as per government rules and regulation). |
