Senior National Consultant (Gender in Health) |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
• Medical Doctor with Master’s level degree in public health.
• Experience and exposure in the field of gender and human rights.
• Experience of working in MOHFW operational modalities across the administrative hierarchy
• Experience in data management, analysis, monitoring & evaluation.
• Experience in organizing & conducting training sessions, consultative workshops and meetings.
• Experience in writing reports with evidence-based recommendations.
• Excellent report writing skills, both in Bangla and English.
• Fluency in English and communications skills required.
• Experience of undertaking consultancy assignments independently
• Demonstrated Experience of working in the gender mainstreaming of health policies of Bangladesh will be an added value
