INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Key Responsibilities:
• Assume overall responsibility for the successful execution and implementation of the PRP (Parliament Resource Planning) system towards achieving the outputs.
• Regularly (weekly and monthly) report to the Project Director in writing about the implementation progress and status of the PRP system;
• Analyze and troubleshoot PRP System issues by working hand-to-hand with the Vendor/Consulting Firm.
• If required, conduct relevant training sessions for users of PRP System and other software.
• Preparation of draft technical specification and Terms of Reference (ToR) of customized software applications/ modules / mobile applications / websites to be developed within the scope of the project as per DPP.
• Provide technical guidance to the vendor/consulting firm as well as oversee progress of development and constantly monitor the vendor/consulting firm to ensure consistency with initial design.
• Provide necessary suggestions to expedite the software development process.
• Guide through Final test of software modules / mobile applications before integration into the system.
• Ensure that the developed software applications / modules / mobile application / websites comply with all the requirements and guidelines of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.
• Any other duties/responsibilities which may be assigned by the higher authority. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Contract Duration: till 30/06/2023 from the date of commencement.
Remuneration: Negotiable (VAT and TAX will be deducted as per government rules and regulation).
Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in IT/ICE/CS/CSE/CST or relevant field from any UGC approved university. Higher degrees in the relevant discipline will be given preference.
Work Experience: At least 10 (Ten) years of working experience in the relevant field, of which at least 5 (Five) years as a ERP Specialist. Previous experience of work in similar kinds of government project will be given preference.
Knowledge/Certification: Excellent knowledge of Windows and Linux Server and Systems and Database Management System (Oracle/SQL/ MySQL/ PostgreSQL or similar), Programming Language (JAVA, PHP, C#, C++ or similar) and software and application design and architecture are required. Certifications e.g. CCSP, CISA or CEH, SAP / Oracle ERP/ Microsoft Dynamics similar will be given preference. |
