To carry out:
i. Feasibility study for this road (Approx. length-121.47 Km.)
ii. Topographic survey, hydrological survey, sub-soil investigation, classification traffic count survey, O-D survey, travel time survey etc.
iii. Preliminary engineering design drawing.
iv. Sociological and Environmental study.
v. Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) study.
vi. Cost estimate of this project.
vii. Economic and financial evaluation.
viii. 3D image and animation video.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Interested Firm(s) must provide information emphasizing that they are qualified to perform the services (Brochures) registrations. Profile availability of appropriate skills/experts among staff etc.
The EOI's will be evaluated on the basis of the following to prepare shortlist:
1. Age of the firms (minimum 8 years);
2. Background of the firm (s) (limited to two pages);
3. Generals experiences of the firm(s) (limited to two pages;
4. Summary of similar projects / services completed in last 5 years with total professional man month.
i. Experience in Service lane, drains, footpath, flexible &rigid pavement etc.
ii. Feasibility study of at least 50 Km. of highways including detailed design in a single project in RHD.
5. Average Annual Turnover of the firm(s) during the last 3 years (Audited financial reports of the firm(s) for the last3years);
6. Availability or appropriate skills/experts among staff demonstrated capacity to handle such assignment in terms of resources :
VAT &IT certificates.

Interested firm(s) will be required to submit the EOI in closed format mentioning the name and address of the applicant, EOI no. & date and be addressed to the EOI issuing Authority in 3(three) copies; 01(One) marked as "ORIGINAL" and other 2(two) as "COPY" in separate envelope in the form of book binding, Both the "ORIGINAL" and "COPY" shall have to cover within a single envelope to the address below before the EOI closing date & time. The applicant shall mention the page no. serially in every page of submitted EOI document. EOI will be opened on 24-02-2022just after closing time. In case of any unavoidable circumstances such as strike, civil commotion, Govt. declared holiday etc. EOIs will be received and opened on the following working day. Upon receipt of EOIs the interested firm(s) those are deemed best suited to perform the assignment will be short listed. There after Request for Proposal (RFP) document will be issued to the short-listed firm(s). The consulting firm(s) will be selected based on Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method in accordance with the procedures set out in the PPR 2006 and PPR 2008 of GOB. a. Interested firms may associate with other firms (Local) to local firm enhance their qualifications but should mention whether the association in the form of "Joint Venture” or “Sub-Consultancy”. In case of association all member of such “association” should have real and well defined input of assignment.
b. In addition to the above the JV shall have to indicate all documents mentioned in “Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity required” collectively.
c. The lead partner shall not authorize any other partner to sign the 06 (Six) months from the date of signing the contract and notice of award.
