| Brief Description of Assignment |

To establish an underground Distribution Network within, in Savar Upazila in Dhaka district(Part), Kaliakoir Upazila in Gazipur District under Dhaka Palli Bidyut Samity-1
The main objectives of the project:
1) To Determine the requirement,location,capacity etc.of underground distribution network of Savar Upazila in Dhaka district(Part), Kaliakoir Upazila in Gazipur District under Dhaka Palli Bidyut Samity-1 are to meet up the projected demand up to 2041.
2) To prepare plane for modern and automotted underground electricity distribution network of Savar Upazila in Dhaka district(Part), Kaliakoir Upazila in Gazipur District under Dhaka Palli Bidyut Samity-1 area like modern city in the world.
3) To ensure uninterrupted,reliable,affordable & efficient power supply through building reliable distribution system.
4) To reduce system loss of the distribution system. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
(1). The consultanting firms should have at least 10years experience on underground distribution network of electrical consultancy services with at least 02(two) electrical consultancy projects having minimum total amount of US$ 1,50,000.00 (US Dollar One Hundred Fifty Thousand Only) as on the date of EOI Submission.
(2). The consultant shall have minimum average annual turnover of US$ 2,50,000.00 (US Dollar Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Only) calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 3 (three) years.
(3). The following criteria will be considerd for short listing.
a) Estiablisment of the firm.
b) Qualification of the firm.
c) Availibality of the key staff.
d) Physical resources
e) Experience in power distribution system.
f) Overall Experience
g) Specific experience |

The Expression of Interest (EOI) must be submitted in 3(Three) sets (One Original & Two photocies) on or before the specified date & time to the office of undersigned and be clearly marked Request for expressions of interest(EOI) mentioning the name of the pbs. The proposals( Applications) will be opened on Date: 24/02/2022, Time:3:00 PM Bangladesh Local Time in presence of the representatives of the EOI Applicant (If any).
Detail scope ot the work will be available in the terms of reference (TOR) which can be
downloaded from the website of Dhaka PBS-1(www.pbs1.dhaka.gov.bd ) from the date of
Publishing of EOI.
Short listing will be made in accordance with the “Rule-115 of Public Procurement Rule (PPR)-
2008.”
