| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
1) Structural Engineer (Building): Structural analysis and design of high rise Building. 2) Quantity Engineer (Civil) : Preparation of detailed estimats, BoQ, Variation order etc. of similar assignment.
3) AutoCAD Expert: CAD drawing, plan, section, elevation 3D view etc. of building and other infrastructures.
4) Architect: Architectural design of similar assignment. 5) Electrical Engineer: Preparation Electrical design of similar assignment. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

1) Name of Post: Structural Engineer (Building)
Minimum BSc in Civil Engineering from any recognized University/Institute of Bangladesh or Equivalent Degree with must have minimum 10 (Ten) years working experiences in different organization relating to similar assignment;
-Should have knowledge on standard code of practice i.e. BNBC, ACI, IBC, ASCE & ASTM etc. for structural analysis and design of high rise Building;
-Computer proficiency in structural analysis and Design with the application of appropriate finite element software like STAAD-Pro, ETABS, SAFE etc.;
-Should have professional affiliation (IEB & RAJUK Enlistment).
2) Name of Post: Quantity Engineer (Civil)
-Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized Institute of Bangladesh or Equivalent Degree with must have 10(Ten) years working experiences in different organization relating to similar assignment; OR
-BSc in Civil Engineering from any recognized University/Institute of Bangladesh or Equivalent Degree with must have 3 (one) year working experience relating to similar assignment;
-Should have sound knowledge on CAD drawing, plan, section, elevation 3D view etc. to similar assignment;
-Computer proficiency in appropriate software AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc.
3) Name of Post: AutoCAD Expert
-Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architecture from any recognized Institute of Bangladesh or Equivalent Degree with must have 5(Five) years working experiences in different organization relating to similar assignment; OR
-Candidate having drafting course in AutoCAD or similar software must have 8 (eight) years similar working experiences in different organization relating to similar assignment; OR
-Minimum BSc in Civil Engineering/ Architecture from any recognized University/Institute of Bangladesh or Equivalent Degree must have 1(one) year working experience in different organization relating to similar assignment;
-Should have sound knowledge on CAD drawing, plan, section, elevation 3D view etc. of building, tower and other infrastructures;
-Computer proficiency in appropriate software, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
4) Name of Post: Architect
-Minimum Bachelor in Architecture from any recognized University/Institute of Bangladesh or Equivalent Degree must have 10(Ten) years working experience in different organization relating to similar assignment i,e building design;
-Should have sound knowledge on master plan, layout plan, land scaping, plan, section, elevation, 3D view, plumbing design etc. of building and other related infrastructures;
-Should have knowledge on standard code of practice, BNBC, Dhaka Mohanagar Emarat Nirman Bidhimala, BgviZ wbg©vY wewagvjv 1996 and other recent code of practices etc.;
-Should have professional affiliation (Member IAB Enlistment).
5) Name of Post: Electrical Engineer
-Minimum BSc in Electrical Engineering from any recognized University/Institute of Bangladesh or Equivalent Degree must have 10(Ten) years working experience in different organization relating to similar assignment i.e. electrical design.
-Should have sound knowledge on CAD drawing, plan, elevation ,section, perspective view, etc. of Building;
-Should have sound knowledge on Sub-station, Generator, BBT installation; communication, Solar, lightning, networking system etc. ;
-Should have knowledge on standard code of practice, BNBC, Dhaka Mohanagar Emarat Nirman Bidhimala, BgviZ wbg©vY wewagvjv 1996 and other recent code of practices etc, -Should have professional affiliation (IEB & RAJUK Enlistment) |
