INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |

The firm will management the Training of the Tenant of BHTPA. Please see detail REOI and TOR in www.bhtpa.gov.bd |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
a. General Experience: The Consulting Firm/ training Provider should have minimum 08 (Eight) years of experience in the field of IT/ITES services.
b. Specific Experience: The Consulting Firm/ Training Provider should have minimum 2 (two) specific experience in last 5 (five) years providing Training Services amounting minimum BDT 85 (Eighty-five) lac (cumulative amount will also be accepted). (Completion certificate mentioning the amount is required, no NOA/Contract agreement will be accepted in evaluation).
c. Financial Capability: The Consulting Firm/ Training Provider must demonstrate at least BDT 85 lac (Eighty-five) as Working Capital in form of Letter of Credit or Credit Commitment from any scheduled Bank.
d. Average Annual Turnover: Demonstrate at least BDT 85 lac (Eighty-five) as Average Annual Turnover for the last three (3) years.
e. Management Capability: The Consulting Firm/ Training Provider should demonstrate an efficient and effective management capability through its brochure, photographs of office, its present staff, its organogram, IT related facilities and equipment.
f. Human Resource Pool: The Consulting Firm/ Training Provider should submit a list of the resource pool including the Key Experts, indicating their skill and knowledge & capability. The Human Resource Pool should show how it supports reach into the relevant stakeholder community. Detail bio-date with educational and experience certificate is not required to attach with EOI. Because Key Experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage.
g. Other legal documents: Incorporation Certificate, Income Tax registration certificate and updated Tax return payment certificate (2020-2021), VAT registration certificate, VAT Payment Certificate (2020-2021), updated trade license (2020-2021), litigation certificate (the firm may provide in its own letterhead pad).
h. In case of vendor certification, the training provider must submit the agreement with Exam vendor / permission of the Exam vendor for conducting the training program.
i. The Consulting Firm/ Training Provider should have head office/branch office/sub-office/joint venture partner office with lab facilities in HTP/STP under Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority.
j. Reward and certification: The firm may attach any certificate related to reward, ISO certification, certification of any association related to training/ human resource development, IT & ITES related certification etc.

Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub-consultancy. In the case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection method set out in the Procurement Regulations of the World Bank and using The World Bank Request for Proposal-Consulting Services (Non-Supervision) SPD.
