INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

Brief Description of Assignment : Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: a) Call Centre service provider will basically take request/complain/orders from the field offices and any citizen and immediately inform the project authority to take necessary actions. b) Call Centre staffs will receive calls from the field level and will inform the project authority as directed; c) Call Centre staffs will receive calls from any citizen and inform them census count status of his household d) To perform duties smoothly, call Centre staff will take training for at least three days on overall duties, activities of the census and other responsibilities; e) To prepare and conduct the call Centre service plan, pre-testing the call Centre service. f) Work as Call Centre in a suitable location as agreed by the project. g) Establish at least 50 call/receiving points/call numbers and work 24 hours per day on shift basis during the main census. h) Call Centre service will provide a report describing the detail of their duties. They will also provide- Inception report (including the work plan); Call service pre-test report; Daily report during the main service; and The final Report etc.
Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required : The call Centre service Provider will directly report to the Project Director. The firm will work in collaboration with the project team under the supervision of Project Director as will. 1) Qualification Criteria: a) General: i) As specified by government rules and regulations (registration, tax clearance and any other obligations) ii) The call Centre must obey all of the national and international telecommunication acts/rules/regulations etc. b) Experience: i) At least 05 (five) years working experience in relevant field or as specified by the ToR committee.
Other Details (if applicable) : Remuneration: A contract will be signed for approx. 02 (Two) months (intermittently) with the selected firm as per PPA 2006 and PPR 2008. Remuneration will be paid in local currency (BDT). Duration of the Contract: Tenure of employment will be initially for approx. 02 (Two) months (intermittently) or till the end of June, 2024, which one ends earlier. The duration may be extended subject to the approval of the competent authority.
