INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
1. The Training Management Firm will be responsible for management of overseas training under Establishment of Pediatric Surgery and Stem Cell Therapy at Dhaka Shishu (Children) Hospital Project. The Selected Training Management Firm will also prepare details programs, arrange travel formalities, arrange guide and translators, arrange for land surface transport, arrange for welfare of trainees (accommodation and food), evaluate and monitor training and report to Department of Social Services and other related activities of the project. Training in abroad should be arranged through reputed training organization/Universities. Project authority will identify and select suitable training institutions/ universities in preferred country. The Training Management Firm will assist project authority to identify and select suitable training institutions/Universities to meet the project objectives.
2. The training will include (i) classroom discussion by eminent faculties and university teachers on the theme/topics to be finalized by the project authority. (ii) Visit to relevant lab. (iii) other related activities at home and the visiting country.
3. Prepare details training schedule.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

a) Minimum 10 (Ten) year’s experience of overseas training under different ministries/division/ autonomous bodies of Bangladesh.
b) Evidence of organizing foreign/overseas training in USA/Canada/UK/European countries for 100 (One hundred) participants in a single contract within the last 08 (Eight) years under the Govt. of Bangladesh. Completion certificate must be submitted.
c) Evidence of organizing foreign training program within last 05 (Five) years worth at least BD Tk. 200.00 lakh (Two crore) in a single contract. Completion certificate must be submitted.
d) Evidence of permanent office (Ownership document/rental deed) in Bangladesh.
e) Reasonably acceptable organizational profile having permanent manpower with adequate experience and other office equipment and logistics support,staff matrix needs to be submitted separately.
f) Documents (Agreement/MOU) of overseas training partnership/regional/global networking with other international and regional training organizations/institutions.
g) Must be submitted last 05 years audit reports.
h) Must have valid ISO 9001:2015 certification. |
