| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in ICT business as a registered company/entity. (Please submit the certificate of incorporation if applicable).
• Must have experience to develop fully componentized middleware platform. (Please submit copy of the contract, URL, and other relevant documents)
• Must have capacity development experience in government and private sector. (Please submit copy of the contract, URL, and other relevant documents)
• Consulting firm needs to have Minimum two existing running web-based enterprise solution in Bangladesh in either Government or in corporate / private Sector. (Please submit copy of the contract, URL, and other relevant documents)
• Needs to have Test Environment ready with plan, necessary manpower, equipped devices at consulting firm’s premise. (Please provide relevant documents along with capacity and other details).
• Must have valid and up-to-date trade license (2020-2021), VAT certificate, TIN certificate, update income tax payment certificate.
• Must have minimum amount of liquid asset BDT 1.40 crore in last 2 years in form of credit line or working capital. Please submit the last 02 (Two) years audited financial statements (if applicable).
• Must have minimum average annual turnover is BDT 02 crore in last 2 years. Please submit the last 02 (Two) years audited financial statements (if applicable).
