Conducting a situation analysis of palliative care in primary health care setting in Bangladesh (1)to determine number of patients with life-limiting and life-threatening diseases (heart ,attacks, strokes, chronic respiratory disease, Cancers, Diabetes and drug-resistant tuberculosis) with serious health-related sufferings, (2 To assess needs, knowledge, preferences about palliative care and availability to the essential palliative care package components in rural community, 3) To identify the strengths and gaps in existing and gaps in existing health care delivery system in relation to providing palliative care services to persons with life-limiting and life-threat ending diseases, including older persons. |

The applicant shall have to submit the EOI with the following documents: (1) Category of the Firm: Research/Survey Organization/Consulting Firm; (1) Brief description of the firm with proof working in the relevant areas and of conducting Research/Survey; (2) VAT (3) TIN (4) Trade license (5) Ten Years experience in the relevant survey/research; (6) List of Major clients working with contact reference; (7) Bank Solvency certificate; (8) name of the central key personnel with C.V. who will be involved with the assignment; (9) Relevant documents in favor of organizational strength of the firm. |
