INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

Brief Description of Assignment : The main assignments are as follows: (i) Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) (ii) Detail Digital Topographical Survey (iii)Develop Master Pan of Proposed Area (iv) Sub-Soil Investigation (v) Detail Design and Digital Animation (vi) Economic & Financial Feasibility Study,(vii)Prepare Estimate and BOQ, (viii) Preparation of Tender Documents, (ix) Taking approval of Design from LGED, LGD and from Honorable Minister of LGRD&C, (x) Taking vetting of approved design from design Unit of LGED (xi) Finally feasibility Report must be submitted by following the format of NEC-ECNEC Coordination Wings of ECNEC section-1.
Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required : The Consulting Firm shall have a general experience of at least 5 (five) years and practical experience with proven assignment record in Detail Digital Topographical Survey, Sub-Soil Investigation, Economic & Financial Feasibility Study and Detail Design of similar type of structures at different locations in our country. The EOI shall be evaluated on the basis of the following documents: 1. Legal documents of the firm (Registration of Firm, TIN, VATs, trade license, etc.). 2. Age of firm (years in relevant business). 3. Availability of key professionals for conducting similar types of assignments. 4. Financial resources of the consultant (Turnover of last three years) 5. Experience of the firm in similar task/assignments (example of past experience of similar nature and for complexity including cost and duration of the assignment) 6. Experience of the firm in other works (example of past experience of other nature of task including cost and duration of the assignment) 7. Support Services of the firm (office space, support staff, equipment). 8. Financial Statement supported by audit report for the last 3 (three) years.
Other Details (if applicable) : (a) Consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the PPR-2008. (b) Detailed information may be collected from the undersigned office during office hour. (c) RFP will be issued only to the short-listed firm(s). (d) Three sets of EOI (01 Original and 02 Copies) are required to be submitted before the closing date and time to the undersigned office. (e) Any company or firm(s), debarred by CPTU will not be eligible for participating the EOI.
