The minimum eligibility criteria’s are:
1. The firm should be in existence for a minimum period of five years in the IT business in Bangladesh and should provide evidence that it is a legal entity.
2. Must have a valid and up-to-date Trade license, register of joint stock & companies (RJSC) registration (if applicable), TIN certificate, VAT Identification Number, Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate.
3. The firm should have a Call Center (Must submit relevant documents).
4. Must have experience in providing live 24/7 hosted call center (minimum 100 seats) services to Telecom Company/Government Body/ multinational companies (Must provide work completion certificate/ Experience certificate).
5. Must have minimum amount of liquid asset in form of credit line or working capital amount BDT 1.5 Crore, and average annual turnover amount BDT 4 Crore in last 2 years. Please submit the last 02 (Two) years audited financial reports (if applicable).
6. Must have the capability to handle 3 Lacs calls per month. (Must provide technical document like Monthly handle call report / Channel consumption report / SR Report).
7. Must have proven experience of using CRM Software Solution (Must provide URL).
8. Needs to have Test calling Environment ready with equipped devices at firm’s premise (Must provide proof document)
Aspire to Innovate Programme now invites eligible firms to indicate the interest in providing the services. Interested firms are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services.
Total duration of the contract is 24 (Twenty-Four) months. |
