The minimum qualifications for proposer are:
• Must have valid and up to date Trade license, Register of joint stock & companies (RJSC) registration (if applicable), TIN certificate, VAT Identification Number, Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate.
• Minimum 7 (seven) years of experience in ICT business as a registred company/enity in Bangladeh working in the field of software development. (Please provide work completion certificate along with copy of contract).
• Minimum 5 years practical experience in developing, deploying and managing support service of web based solution and mobile app. (Please provide work completion certificate along with copy of contract).
• Experience on IT service management for minimum 01 (one) enterprise solution for Government/Corporate Sector related to whole-of-the Government (for government projects) or whole to the sector (for private sector) citizen service delivery. (Please provide Copy of work order/Completion Certificarte along with copy of contract and URL of live system)
• Must have minimum amount of liquid asset BDT 01 crore in last 2 years in form of credit line or working capital. Please submit the last 02 (Two) years audited financial statements (if applicable).
• Must have minimum average annual turnover is BDT 03 crore in last 2 years. Please submit the last 02 (Two) years audited financial statements (if applicable).
Aspire to Innovate Programme now invites eligible Applicants/firms to indicate the interest in providing the services. Interested Consultants/firms are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services.
A shortlist of consultants will be prepared upon evaluation of EoIs of the eligible applicants and “Request for Proposal” document will be issued in their favor.
Total duration of the contract is 12(Twelve) months. |
