| Brief Description of Assignment |

The required services include, but not limited to:
Review The Existing Feasibility Studies:
• Review of Existing feasibility reports and master plans including field visit for solid waste and faecal sludge management, drainage & water supply systems including water treatment plant in 32 pourashavas to assess the viability of investments in terms of technical, financial and social aspect.
Detail Engineering Design:
• Prepare detailed engineering design, drawings, specification, technical, financial requirements for capital and operating costs for Integrated solid waste and faecal sludge management plant, drainage & water supply systems components in 32 pourashavas.
Documentation:
• Prepare detailed service improvement plan/Training manuals/Billing software for Faecal sludge & solid waste composting system & water supply system.
• Prepare Inception, Monthly, Quarterly, Project completion report etc.
Preparation of Bid Documents:
• Prepare bid documents for less/more 30 thirty contract package.
Construction Supervision:
• Provide technical supervision for quality control in the construction of all above mention works.
• Supervise & monitor relevant activities implemented in field. |

The EOIs will be evaluated on the basis of the following to prepare a shortlist and Interested Firm (Local Consultant Firms) must provide the following information:
1) Background of the firm with brochure(s).
2) General experiences of the firm in last 5 years (s).
3) Summary of similar services of faecal sludge & solid waste management & water treatment plant (Hard & Soft copy) development of Training Manual & Billing Software completed in last 5 years including total professional man month and contract value.
4) Average annual Turn Over (Audited) of the firms(s) during the last 5 years;
5) Availability of appropriate skills/experts among staffs, Logistics supports.
6) Trade License, VAT & updated IT Certificates.
7) Joint Venture Agreement (If applicable). |

18 Months from the date of signing the contract.
Interested firms(s) will be required to submit the EOI in closed format monitoring name and address of the applicants, EOI no. & date and be addressed to the issuing Authority in 6 (six) Copies; 01 (one) marked as “ORIGINAL” and other 5 (five) as “COPY” in separate envelope in the form of book binding, both the “ORIGINAL” and “COPY” shall have to cover within a single envelope to the address below before the EOI closing date & time. Hard copy & soft copy of model design, Training manual & Billing software for integrated faecal sludge & solid waste (composting) system & water supply system will be submitted. Power Point Presentation of same/similar service mentioned above will be needed during RFP evaluation. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject at any stage any or all EOIs without assigning any reason. |
