Selection Criteria, Competency and Expertise Requirements, Qualifications:
1. Participating consultancy firm should have minimum of 03(Three) years of experience in Data Centre Design and Certification business.
2. Firm must have experience of working at least 02 certified TCDD (Tier Certification of Design Documents) Tier-III data center projects as per uptime institute standard in the past 02 years in Bangladesh.
3. The firm must have working experience of 01 Certified TCCF (Tier Certification of Constructed Facility) Tier III project.
4. The firms must have in house minimum 01 ATD Certified personnel.
5. The firms lead consultant must have ATD, CTDC professional degree.
6. Bidder should have 1 (one) Project Manager who have experience in data center field minimum of 03 (Three) years with ATD certification and specific experience of related field in Bangladesh.
7. Availability / appointment of a Project Manager having at least 2 years of experience in Penetration Testing of Information Technology Infrastructure.
8. At least 05 dedicated Team members with expertise level should be mentioned
9. Must have liquid assets as working capital or credit line BDT 25 (Twenty Five) Lakh.
10. Yearly turnover amounting at least BDT 50 (Fifty) Lac on average. Must submit updated audit report of previous 01(One) year.
N.B.: Other documents except above mentioned will not be evaluated. Interested firms must submit EoI with proper index with page number mentioning the above criteria.
