| Brief Description of Assignment |

The purpose of the consultancy services is to conduct the Full-time Supervision & monitoring and Preparation of interim & final Bill, Payment certification, etc. for construction of 6 (Six) commercial Buildings & 1 (One) Shishu Park in different Upazillas under Kurigram Zilla Parishad addressing the BNBC, Environment laws/Rules and relevant regulations of the Zilla Parishad and Local Authorities obligations. |

Experience:
The Firm must have similar experiences in designing and Supervision of 03 (Three) numbers of similar structures under different Govt. agencies in Bangladesh (documentary evidence must be submitted with the proposal.
The EOIs would be evaluated on the basics of the following information:
a) Legal Documents of the firm (Trade license, IT, VAT etc.
b) Age of firm ( Year in relevant business)
c) Availability of key professional to perform the assignment.
d) Turnover of the Firm for last 5 years
e) Experience of the firm in similar work/assignments (Completed during last 10 Years)
f) Experience of the firm in other works (Completed during last 10 Years)
g) Support Services (Office space, Support staff, logistics Equipment). |

a) Consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the PPR-2008.
b) 1 (one) original and 1 (one) copy, total 2 (two) numbers of EoI along with an electronic copy (soft copy in the form of pen drive or CD/DVD of the EOI shall be submitted separately in a sealed envelope through Registered post or delivered by hand to the following address by 3:00 pm, Date: 23.11.2021. No application will be received after the EOI closing date and time. |
