a) Site Survey, Lay-out plan & preparation of Preliminary drawings.
b) Soil investigation studies & report.
c) Detail Architectural plan, Structural Design, Drawing & Sufficient X section with blow-up for Construction of a 5 (Five) Storied Building ( Having 10 Storied Foundation ) with a 2 Nos basement floor.
d) Design & Drawings for Electrification works including lift, AC, HVAC installation.
e) Design & Drawings for Sewerages Systems, Water supply, Sanitary & plumbing works
f) Design & Drawings, for fire Fighting works.
g) Preparation of detailed Estimate, pre-qualification documents & Tender documents & Bill of Quantities with
Technical specification. All documents must be prepared as per PPR-2008.
h) Full time supervision of the construction works. |

ii) Brochure summarizing their facilities, areas of the expertise and general information including legal documents.
iii) Description of similar assignments.

v) Availability of appropriate experience and professional qualification among applicants staff and resources to carry out the assignment.
