| Brief Description of Assignment |

The firm will conduct in-depth monitoring according to approved Terms of References (TOR). The objective of this assignment is to conduct in-depth monitoring of the project titled “Advanced Technology based jute and jute seed production and extension project” in all aspects in collaboration with project personnel and all related stakeholders. The findings of the proposed study will provide evidences on the effectiveness of the project, investigate the strength, weakness, opportunities and challenges of the project and the recommendations made by the consulting firm would be a guideline to direct the project on right track and help making evidence based development policy in future. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

At least 03 (Three) years working experience at relevant field.
Interested Firms are hereby invited to submit Expression of Interest(EoI) containing printed brochures (showing organizational identity, details of professionalism for the task assigned, strength of professionals and firms and background), Legal Documents, bank solvency showing managerial and financial standing (according to PPA 2006 and PPR 2008), Valid Trade license, VAT Registration Certificate, Valid TIN Certificate, Nationality Certificate of Authorized person, Voter ID Card of authorized person.
