| Brief Description of Assignment |

The consultancy/ professional’s service is required to provide necessary technical assistance to the Project Director in implementing the main components.
The consulting firm will have to prepare of drawing, design, specification and estimate for land development, tissue culture building, installation of green house, seedling house and commissioning of laboratory equipment, machineries and all the civil works of the project. Besides they will provide technical assistance in the field of biotechnology (tissue culture, serological test), DNA finger printing, Gene Sequencing, molecular characterization of different crops, hydroponics, aeroponics and green house management. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The consulting firm shall have a general experience of at least 20 (Twenty) years in consultancy services out of which at least 10 (Ten)years ‘of experience in survey &investigation, design, drawing, cost estimate, preparation of tender documents, tender management and construction supervision of building/infrastructuregovt. projects under govt. Semi govt., autonomous bodies. The EOI shall be evaluated on the basis of the following documents: 1. Background and establishment of the Firm(s); 2. General/Overall Experience of the Firm(s); 3. Experience in similar building/infrastructureprojects of compatible size, complexity; 4. Experience in other projects beyond building/Infrastructure;5. Financial soundness of the firm and 6. Staffing and logistics of the firm.
Consultants are requested to submit the supporting documents in support of the above-mentioned criteria. (a) Registration paper of the firm(s); (b) Firm brochure; (c) Audited financial report for last three years; (d) Service experience record (including similar nature, total cost, total input in terms on man months, employer, location of service etc). (e) Manpower strength of the Firm(s), (f) Logistic s
