| Brief Description of Assignment |

The consulting services (“the Services”) include produce one reality show and two documentaries. Program on ‘Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and Muktijuddho k Jani’ has been launched to achieve outcome as a part of continuous assessment which one is stated in the Bengali book for the student of class seven about the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and liberation war. 30 Lakh students of 20 thousands schools participated in this program. Students produced more than one lakh documentary on our liberation war. The consulting firm will produce a reality show and two documentaries regarding this. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

• The firm must have 10 years of experience in making reality show and documentary.
• They should have experience in making national/internationally awarded program.
• The Firm must submit updated Trade License, Income Tax Certificate, Vat Certificate, availability of human resources and availability of resources to execute this program, availability of appropriate skills among key staff with short biographies (one page), and Company Profile.
• They must have sufficient Technical Resources.
• The firm is required to have 3 years experienced Studio facilities.
• The firm should have sufficient and relevant managerial, financial, logistics and organizational capabilities for the assignment. |

Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications, but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub-consultancy. To form a joint Venture with firm(s) lead partner must be a registered company. In the case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected. It is preferable to limit the maximum number of joint venture partners in 03 (three) including the Lead partner. Although the lead firm in the joint venture will provide the core expertise, each partner of the JV has to be reasonably qualified to take over the responsibilities and role of any of the partners that may fail to perform or withdraws.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method set out in the Public Procurement Rule, 2008.
