INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
1. System design and front end (dot net)/backend programming of Integrated Budget and Accounting System (iBAS++).*|
2. Help to develop iBAS++ modules for various Self Accounting Entities, State Owned Enterprises and autonomous bodies. Prepare rollout strategy, implement and coordinate the rollout of newly developed modules at the relevant organizations.|
3. Update accounting code and manuals and prepare detailed manual of new chart of accounts.|
4. Support Front end (dotnet) and back end (Oracle) programming of Integrated Budget and Accounting System (iBAS++).|
4. Provide user level support for SAE & SOE and other modules of iBAS++ rollout and implementation.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
1. Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT field; Experience in developing and implementing IT systems preferably in financial management sector.|
2. Minimum 15 years’ experience in Government service|
3 years’ working experience in financial management of government entity is preferable.|
3. Minimum 15 years’ experience in Government service, preferably 3 years in financial management.|
4. Minimum 5 years’ experience in software development, experience with government financial management system will be given preference.|
5. Minimum 5 years’ experience in providing software implementation support, preferably for GoB.
