INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
(1) Collection of data from head office and field offices (Zonal, Sub-zonal offices & Sub-stations etc).
(2) Physical verification & classification of assets.
(3) Determine condition of assets and office wise listing of all assets of PBS’s.
(4) Determine market value of assets.
(5) Perform the revaluation of fixed assets in a professional manner and in accordance with assets revaluation rules of Ministry Of finance, Bangladesh Accounting Standards, Bangladesh Financial Reporting Standards and Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission guideline.
(6) Prepare draft reports and final asset revaluation reports of each PBS of concerned lot. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

(1) Only enlisted valuer firm(s) of Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC) or any JVCA with a BSEC enlisted firm can participate in this process as per BSEC guideline having experience of assets revalution.
(2) The firms shall have experiences in physical verification and valuation of fixed assets for any public sector utility or large industrial company.
(3) All certificates of experience from the clients will be in client’s letterhead indicating details address of client.
(4) The firm shall have VAT, Trade License and legal capacity to do the services.
(5) E-TIN certificate & Income Tax return certificate along with acknowledgement slips of last fiscal year.
(6) The firm has to submit a Bank statement as on 31/03/2021.
(7) Brochures submitted by the applicants summarizing their facilities and areas of expertise.
(8) Curriculum Vitae with photograph and signature for key professional of the firm.
(9) The Consultants/Firms shall have requisite number of Experienced Key Professionals like Engineers/Cost accountant/valuer/surveyor to carry out the valuation services. A list of Partners, Key professional, Articled Students, Course complete students and Experience in similar working conditions should be submitted. |
