General Eligibility
1. The Applicant should be incorporated legally in Bangladesh;
2. Consortium will be allowed;
3. The Applicant should not use the credentials of the Parent Company, Subsidiary Company for the fulfillment of Qualification Criteria as detailed below.
Qualification Criteria
1. The Applicant [Lead partner in case of Joint Venture, Consortium or Association (JVCA)] should have the General experience conducting the Master Plan, Architectural and/or Detail Engineering design of Urban/Township/Community development/ Industrial Complex/Housing for at least last 15 years;
2. The Applicant [as a Lead partner in case of JVCA] should have the specific experience in similar consultancy task of Master Plan, detailed architectural and/ or Detail Engineering design project experience of at least one (01) projects having a minimum contract value of BDT 2.50 Crore and that work have to be completed within the last 05 (five) years;
3. The Applicant [All partner combinedly in case of (JVCA)] should have experience in consultancy services in Government/ semi-government/autonomous organization’s projects of minimum 03 (Three) project within the last 10 (ten) years;
4. The Applicant [All partner combinedly in case of (JVCA)] should have experience in building design & landscaping design in Coastal areas;
5. The Applicant [All partner combinedly in case of (JVCA)] should have an Average Annual Turnover of at least BDT 4.00 Crore during the last five (5) financial years;
6. Net Worth and Profit [All partner individually in case of (JVCA)] should be positive for the last five (5) financial years; |
