INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |

PGCB requires the services of consultant to undertake identification, verification, valuation (at cost), revaluation, impairment, recording, tagging, reporting and disclosure of PGCB’s Fixed Assets (FA) and Inventory of Stores located at various offices dispersedly across the country based on asset classification of the company’s financial reporting requirements and modernization of asset and inventory management system. Further, this mandate would include disclosure statement of cost center location-wise Fixed Assets and Inventory in compliance to IAS/IFRS. The process of verification, valuation and revaluation requires the consultant to make objective assessment based on asset classification as to the reliance to be given to different verifiable factual data or estimation/assumptions in arriving at a conclusion on final reporting of FA and Inventory and should be compliant for onward migration to Microsoft Dynamics NAV (ERP). PGCB requires Assets Revaluation report for the intended purpose of offloading company’s share against Deposit for Share Money (GoB). Above consultancy service to be accomplished for HVDC Circle, Pabna; Grid Maintenance Division (GMD), Ishwardi; Grid Maintenance Division (GMD), Jhenaidaha; associated 13 nos. of Substations; and System Protection and Metering Division (SPMD), Ishwardi.

Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience as mentioned in the ToR to perform the specified services. The shortlisting criteria are:
(a) General experience of the Firm(s);
(b) Experience in similar task of compatible size, complexity and technical specialty in the required area;
(c) Financial Soundness of the firm; and
(d) Staffing and logistics of the firm.
