The minimum two (02) specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Services within three (3) years each worth minimum Tk 35,00,000.00 (Thirty five lakh ) shall be required (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).
The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lakh) over the best three (3) years of the last five (5) years.

The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1,00,00,000.00 (One Crore).Supporting necessary documents required are as follows:
-Liquid Assets - authenticated by bank statement from any scheduled bank.
-Working capital: authenticated by recent past Audit Reports.
-Credit facilities: authenticated by credit sanctioned letter and bank statement of the credit account.
-Credit line: authenticated by any scheduled bank shall be furnished without alteration in accordance with the format as specified in the Form PSN-5;
Note: Liquid Assets, statement of Credit Facilities and Line of Credit must be issued not earlier than 28 (twenty-eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract.
- Audit Reports (audited Balance Sheet) should be for last financial year or most recent past.
