| Brief Description of Assignment |

Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing; Data Center Gap Analysis and Auditing; Data Center Certification (Tier-III) Design & Build at Bangladesh Parliament Secretariat. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

1. The firm should be registered as a data center consultancy firm.
2. Participating consultancy firm should have minimum of 03 years of experience in Data Centre Design and Certification business.
3. Firm must have experience of working at least 02 certified TCDD (Tier Certification of Design Documents) Tier-III data center projects as per uptime institute standard in the past 03 years in Bangladesh.
4. The firm must have working experience of 01 Certified TCCF (Tier Certification of Constructed Facility) Tier III project.
5. The firms must have in house minimum 02 ATD Certified personnel.
6. The firms lead consultant must have ATD, CDCDP, CTDC professional degree.
7. Bidder should have 1 (one) Project Manager who have experience in data center field minimum of 5 (five) years with UI’s ATD certification and specific experience of related field in Bangladesh.
8. Availability of sufficient high-quality Vendor personnel with certifications and training from authorized partner such as Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
9. Availability / appointment of a Project Manager having at least 3 years of experience in Penetration Testing of Information Technology Infrastructure.
10. At least 10 dedicated Team members with expertise level should be mentioned
11. Must have liquid assets as working capital or credit line BDT 50 (Fifty) Lakh.
12. Yearly turnover amounting at least BDT 1 (One) Crore on average. Must submit updated audit report of previous 3 (Three) years.
13. Must have valid Up to Date trade license, Income Tax Payment certificates, VAT Registration certificates, Certificate of Incorporation (if any).
14. The consultancy firms should have membership in international bodies will get preference.
N.B.: Other documents except above mentioned will not be evaluated. Interested firms must submit EoI with proper index with page number mentioning the above criteria.
