INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The Services include but not limited to:
• Full time supervision.
• Carrying out short Survey of Proposed Sites.
• Preparation of details layout plan as per prevailing rules.
• Detailed Geotechnical (Sub-Soil) Investigation from any Public Engineering University.
• Detailed Design for Landscaping and Arboriculture.
• Detailed Architectural Design and Drawings (i.e.- Plan, Section & Elevation)
• Detailed Interior Design and Drawings.
• Detailed Structural Design and Working Drawings.
• Detailed Plumbing & Sanitary Design and Working Drawings.
• Electrical & Electro-Mechanical, Fire Fighting and all other necessary Design and Working Drawings.
• Detailed Door & Window Design (Wood & Steel Work) and Working Drawings.
• Providing 3D Model and Perspective View.
• Preparation of Priced Bill of Quantities with detailed Specifications and detailed Cost Estimates, Schedule, Tender Documents with soft copy following the last updated PWD schedule of Rates.
• Readable all Drawings in printed form at least 06 (Six) sets with soft copy.

Intending Firms have to submit the following documents along with EOI:
• Background of the Firms (Limited to one page).
• Firms who have min 10 (Ten) Years experience of conducting Detailed Architectural, Structural and Interior Design of Multistoried (Minimum 10 storied and with one basement floor) Academic / Administrative/ Residential /Other Buildings.
• Brochure summarizing their facilities, areas of the expertise general information including legal documents (Company registration, TIN Certificate, Financial Statement ( 2018-2019, 2019-2020,2020-21), Income Tax Certificate (2020-2021) etc.
• Description of similar assignments.
• List of similar nature of services ongoing and completed.
• List of similar nature of Full time supervision services ongoing and completed.
• Availability of appropriate and relevant experienced and professional qualified Personnel and staff including CV.
• Availability of resources to carry out the assignment.
• Administrative Strength, Logistics (Office space, List of Equipments, transports etc.) and Financial Capability.

(1) Consulting firms will be selected in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2008.
(2) The short list shall normally comprise of minimum 4(four) to maximum 7(seven) firms who will be requested to submit detail technical and financial proposal later on.
(3) Consultants may associate with other Consultants (not more than two) to enhance their qualifications.
(4) Envelope containing Application/Proposal (EOl) along with relevant supporting documents to be marked with “Expressions of interest (EOI) for Providing Consultancy Services for Short Study, Detailed Architectural and Structural Design including Sanitary & Plumbing, Electrical Design & Drawing for Construction of Rajshahi WASA Bhaban, Rajshahi.” are to be submitted in the office of the Project Director under “Construction of Rajshahi WASA Bhaban” Project, WASA, Rajshahi.
(5) No Application after the EOI Closing Time will be accepted.
(6) If any company/ firm produce false/ fabricated papers along with EOI the related EOI will be treated as cancelled
