a) Construction of Swimming Pool with Deck, Gallery, pavilion building (wash room, canteen & Gymnasium) and related necessary works for National Scout training centre at Mauchak, Gazipur
b) Construction of Boundary wall, RCC road and box drain for National Scout training centre at Mauchak, Gazipur
Phasing of Services :- Design & Drawing, Construction Management, Supervision and Engineering consultancy Services : To Prepare of Detail
a) Master Plan, Digital Survey, Site Plan/Location MAP.
b) Architectural and 3D Perspective Drawings with specification.
c) Approval Design & Drawing for Rajuk/municipal/City Corporation or other appropriate/competent authority.
d) Design & Drawings for Structural and Foundation works.
e) Design & Drawings for Electrification works with equipment Layout.
f) Design & Drawings for Water Supply, Water treatment/ Filtration plant and sanitary works.
g) Technical specifications, Estimates, BoQ and Tender Document and
Construction Management, Monitoring and Top-Supervision with quality control. |

The minimum specific experience as a Prime Consultant in Design & Drawing, Construction Management, Supervision and Engineering consultancy Services at least 02 (Two) contract(s) of international standard (50m X 22m) swimming pool completed within the last 10 (Ten) years, each completion value not less than Tk. 8.0 (Eight) Crore including average 1500 spectators under govt., semi Govt. & Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. |
