| Brief Description of Assignment |

1. * Development/Customization of exclusive CMS for redesigning of BSS existing news portals.
* Development of 03 (Three) websites.
* Hosting of contents delivered by BSS English and Bangla services with interlinking options.
* Building of a supplementary website to contain soft news (3rd website).
* All the three sites must have provisions to carry changeable commercials and other advertisements.
* All websites also must have fully functional mobile versions.
2. * The service provider will reach an agreement with BSS for maintenance of the sites (24/7), re-customize as per demand, trouble shooting and bug fixing.
* The service provider must ensure smooth functioning of the BSS websites through proper real time load management (as per users hit), data backups and other required technical activities. |

The Organization/Firm shall be a reputed web designer and related service provider who has at least minimum 05 (Five) years practical experience on CMS Design, Website Programming Language, Designing Mobile Version, Website Maintenance, Web Hosting Server Maintenance and Load Balancing of websites through proper load management, data backups and have physical strength to provide 24/7 services capability. |
