The BBS Survey, Data Service and Certificate Management includes but not limited to the following services:
1. Survey Design
2. Sample Design
3. Survey Operation & Management
4. Data Capturing & Processing
5. Report Generation & Publication 6. Data Management
7. Approval system
8. Certificate Management System
9. Online Data Sale using Payment Gateway (National & International), etc. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Applicant must have adequate technical ability and resources. The minimum eligibility criteria are as follows:
1. A registered entity for at least 05 (Five) years having valid trade license (Inception & up to June, 2021); Income Tax clearing certificate for last 3 years (2017-2018, 2018-2019 & 2019-2020); Last three years annual turnover (Yearly turnover at least taka 3 (Three) core); Last two-years bank statement (2018-2019 & 2019-2020); VAT Registration Certificate; Certificate of Incorporation (If necessary); Up-to-Date BASIS Membership Certificate and Audit report for the year 2018-2019;
2. 05 (Five) years proven relevant practical experience (Work Order & Completion Certificate) of developing web and mobile based applications/software/e-governance/e-Service solution in the public sector;
3. Must have experience of designing, developing and implementing of at least 03 (Three) similar (web and mobile based applications/software/ e-governance/e-Service solution) projects for the Government of Bangladesh;
4. Need to have minimum 30 (Thirty) full time ICT personnel related to design, development and implementation of web and Mobile based applications/software/e-governance/e-Service solution;
5. Management capacity (brochures and other documents describing similar assignments, experience, availability of appropriate professional staff and experience among applicant’s staff, resources to carry out the assignment);
6. Must have experience for developing & deploying systems using payment gateway (National & International);
7. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the firm shall be Taka 1 (one) crore;
8. Original agreement in case of JV participation;
9. Bio-data/C.V (including photograph) of experts and other personnel to be engaged in the job and duly signed by the respective personnel;
10. List of experiences of similar works;
11. Only work order with completion certificates of similar job along with the details like name, address, fax and e-mail address and contact number of the customer; etc.
