| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
objectives:
a. Impact of the selected subprojects in terms of agricultural production at household and subproject levels;
b. Benefits accrued in terms of employment and increased production by various categories of farmers;
c. Growth in income and employment of landless laborers at the household and subproject level;
d. Impacts on fish production and on any changes in the livelihood of those engaged in capture fisheries;
e. Impact on biodiversity and water quality, and
f. Impact on poverty alleviation and overall socio-economic development.
The National Firms will be engaged to provide services of Basie Line Study for SSWRDP-2
Scope of the service: The Firm will be contracted for providing a Basie Line Study of 30 numbers Sub-project from the project.
Responsibilities: The responsibility of the firm to fine the Basie line Condition and indicator to find the indicator of Impact assessment of those 30 sub-projects.

Total no. of full time staff and no. of staff in Pay-roll. E. Financial capacity of the firm (Turnover of last 3 years) F. Experience of the firm in similar task/assignments in last five years (example of past experience of similar nature and cost and duration of the assignment. Year counting backward from the date of publication of EOI in the newspaper) G. Experience of the firm in other works in last five years (example of past experience including location, cost and duration year counting backward from the date of publication of EOI in the newspaper) H. Organization’s Brochure
Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications, and, if the association, should mention whether the association is in the form of “joint venture” or “sub-consultancy”. In the form JV, the number of firms should be two including the Lead firm.
8. A consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the Selection of Fixed Budget Selection (FBS) procedures as set out in Standard Documents according to PPR-2008. Interested firms may obtain further information at the address below during office hours. A shortlist of firms will be prepared, from the expressions of interest, for requesting proposals for this assignment
9. 1 (One) Original and 1 (One) copy, total 2 (two) numbers of EOI shall be submitted in a sealed envelope through Registered post, or delivered by hand, subscribing of “ Basie Line Study ” for Small Scale Water Resources Development Project (Phase-2) (SSWRDP-2) on top of the envelope to the following address by 3.00 pm, Date: 23-11-2020.

1. Small Scale Water Resources Development Project (Phase-2) (SSWRDP-2), Local Government Engineering Department (LGED), Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development & Cooperatives (MoLGRDC) is funded by Japan International Cooperatives Agency (JICA) and Government of Bangladesh (GoB) intends to apply a part of this fund to pay for the contract of providing services of Basie Line Study of 30 Sub-projects for SSWRDP-2. The project area is Dhaka, Sylhet, Mymensingh and Rangpur Division. The Main objective of the project to Increasing agricultural production by providing water resources management infrastructures, Establishing and strengthening of Water Management Co-operative Association (WMCAs), and Increasing farmer’s income by providing agri-business-related facilities, training, and non-farm activities.
