Research organization/Agency to conduct study for exploring the possibilities of updating/upgrading the expertise/skills of the individual professionals through short-term on job training. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The Service provider shall be a consulting organization/institution focused on the field of health care service and system having demonstrated expertise in evaluating programs or undertaking research.
The applicant organization/institution:
i. Must be registered company
ii. Must have Tax identification number, business identification number and up to date Income tax Clearance Certificate (submitted Return) and not declared bankrupt/ineligible/Banned by the court.
Academic background of the members of the Team:
i. Member(s) in the team has/have higher university degree) Masters or PhD) in public health.
ii. At least 5 years’ experience in health system research at national level focusing health system strengthening, developing national level strategic policy document.
iii. Track Record / Completion report of previous studies / work.
iv. General Experience of the organization/Firm on public private partnership and GO-NGO collaboration in the health system.
v. Experience of working with government & well conversant with rules and procedures.
vi. Publications of Team Leader or any member of the research team on health.
vii. Skills in facilitation of stakeholder engagement / workshops. |
