| Brief Description of Assignment |

The services mainly consist of “Installation, Implementation, Data Migration, Test-Trial, Training, Go-Live of Navis Terminal Operating System (TOS)” at the CPA’s Terminal(s) with the support of software Manufacturer Navis LLC USA to assist the followings The service includes the followings: i) TOS Installation, Configuration & Implementation: Includes following services: Requirement Collection and Analysis through O&A, Customization Allocation, Installation Support, Configuration Support, IT Infrastructure Services, Testing Services, Testing Support, Go-Live Support, Business Intelligence, Training for Gate Processes, Yard Processes, Vessel Processes, General Cargo Process, Reefer Operations, Housekeeping Operations, EDI Transactions, Customs related Processes, Billing and MIS Processes, Hardware Integration, Training – Training for Trainer and End-User Level, Rail process, Community Portal, Business Intelligence Use of Expert Decking and Prime Route, Necessary API, Apps, Web Pages, Development, Customizations, Modifications. ii) TOS Billing and MIS : Includes following services: Requirement Analysis, Customization Evaluation, Installation Support, Configuration Support, Testing Support, Go-Live Support. iii) TOS General Cargo and Billing : Includes following services: Requirement Collection and Analysis through O&A, Configuration Support, Testing Support, Go-Live Support. iv) Expert Decking : Includes following services: Requirement Analysis through O&A, Optimization Services, Analysis, Configuration Support, Testing Support, Go-Live Support, Project Closure. v) Prime Route : Includes following services: Requirement Collection and Analysis through O&A, Optimization Services, Configuration Support, Testing Support, Go-Live Support. vi) Training : Introduction to Navis N4/XPS, Vessel Planner, Yard Planner, N4 Billing, MIS Report, Mobile Apps, RDT, Community Portal to all related users and Stakeholders by physically or Through Online Portal as per requirement. |

1. Eligible Intellect and Professional Service Provider firms are to indicate their interest in providing the above mentioned services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (such as: brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff etc.). Submitted EOI’s would be evaluated on the basis of among others the following: a) Registration of the firm(s); b) Annual turnover of the firm(s); c) Availability of resources including support services; d) Availability of professionals; e) Experience of firm(s) in similar works; f) Experience of firm(s) in other works. g) TOS Software Manufacturer Authorization Letter or their local Partnership certificate. h) TOS Software Manufacturer will issued an Authorization Letter / their local Partnership certificate of a experienced Local firm that should have minimum Ten (10) years experience of Implementation & Maintenance of Container Terminal Management System (CTMS) / Port Terminal Operating System (TOS) Software with related Data centre, RDT & Networks and committed to coordination, communication and documentation between CPA and TOS Software Manufacturer. 2. Individual applicant or Lead Partner of JVCA must be an National Intellect and Professional Service Provider firm a) having expertise in Installation, Implementation & Maintenance of Container Terminal Management System (CTMS) / Port Terminal Operating System (TOS) Software with related Data centre, RDT & Networks and completing assignment of minimum One similar projects. Satisfactory service completion certificate issued from the employer shall be submitted with the EOI. b) having minimum 10 years experience in detailed about Implementation & Maintenance of Container Terminal Management System (CTMS) / Port Terminal Operating System (TOS) Software with related Data centre, RDT & Networks . c) having nationally acclaimed engineering or relevant professional experience. In addition to the services defined in this EOI the Firm shall have sufficient knowledge to be demonstrated in the submittal of Maintenance of Container Terminal Management System (CTMS) / Port Terminal Operating System (TOS) Software. 3. The financial capability should be shown as Financial Turnover supported by audited financial reports for the last three (03) years. 4. The TOS Software Manufacturer will nominate an experienced Local firm that should have minimum Ten (10) years experience of Implementation & Maintenance of Container Terminal Management System (CTMS) / Port Terminal Operating System (TOS) Software with related Data centre, RDT & Networks and committed to coordination, communication and documentation between CPA and the leading Firms. 5. The lead firm (must be national experienced in Implementation & Maintenance of Container Terminal Management System (CTMS) / Port Terminal Operating System (TOS) Software with related Data centre, RDT & Networks shall be liable for the entire service obligations under the contract. 6. The above mentioned criteria are an outline of overall criteria for the prospective Intellect and Professional Service Provider Firm. However the detailed Terms of Reference (TOR), qualification criteria, resource requirements, financial strength and all other related terms as required for rendering the Intellect services will be clearly elaborated in the Request For Proposal (RFP). The RFP will be issued only to the short listed Intellect firms. |
