| Brief Description of Assignment |

i) To prepare a sub-soil investigation report & an inbuilt digital survey map of 300 decimal land of Sonali Bank Limited at Motijheel, Dhaka.ii) To prepare a preliminary Master plan which includes one office building (Basement & G+13) covering 21000 sft/floor, Two Officers/Staff quarter (basement & G+9) covering 12000 sft/floor, One Auditorium & Training institute building(Basement & G+9) covering 12000 sft/floor, CEO & MD’s Bungalow, Utility building etc.iii) Finalize the master plan of the project.iv) Preparation of details Architectural, Structural, Sanitary & Plumbing, Electrical & Mechanical Plan, fire safety plan, costing, tender document etc.v) All design, Drawings & Estimated cost must be vetted by BRTC, BUET.vi) The Plan is to be approved from RAJUK & other approval authorities by consultant own cost. vii) The consultant has to supervise the construction work time to time (top supervision) & perform all sort of test for quality assurance purpose from BRTC, BUET.
