| Brief Description of Assignment |

Consultancy Firm will Review various Polices/ Prepare different Policy Papers in connection with promoting trade and export of Bangladesh under a Framework Agreement to explore best output from the regulatory reviews. The scope of these services includes approximately 60 (sixty) Policy review/Policy preparation. The issues for Policy review/Policy preparation will be decided time to time by the client in advice of the Ministry of Commerce and to be communicated the consultancy firm. |

The consulting firm shall submit 2 (two) copies of Expression of Interest (EOI) (One original and one copy) and one soft copy (in MS word) in sealed envelope; clearly marked EOI for Consulting Firm (National for EOI for Selection of Firm for Policy Review/ Policy Preparation to the Project Director (Joint Secretary), Bangladesh Regional Connectivity Project-1, Level-12 (West side), Probashi Kollayn Bhaban, 71-72 Old Elephant Road, Eskaton Garden, Dhaka-1000 on or before 08/11/2020 up to 12.30 pm. Terms of Reference (TOR) will be available in the office of the undersigned and also at www.mincom.gov.bd and http://brcp-1.gov.bd/ . |
