This is the national project with utmost importance towards the digital Bangladesh goal. So, the bidder must prove that they have solid technical background and operational strength to undertake this work forward without any hindrance. Applicant must also have adequate technical ability, resources and processes. As such, following are defined as minimum eligibility criteria:
1. Must be a Bangladeshi firm having up-to-date valid Trade License, TIN and VAT registration number and Tax payment certificate/ clearance of the previous year;
2. Average annual turnover of the firm(s) should be minimum BDT 15 Lakh for each packages during the last 03 years (Summary sheet of turnover statement and year wise Audited financial reports of the firm(s) should be enclosed);
3. Must have 03 (three) years of experience of providing professional IT training services; Availability of appropriate skills/ experts among staff demonstrated capacity to handle such assignment in terms of resource (Detailed CV must be provided). In house capability of Logistics, skilled trainers and training equipment and respective lab will be given preference;
4. The firm must submit bank solvency certificate;
5. The firm must have the capability of providing working environment for all the trainees with facilities of multimedia projector, laptop, computer, graphics workstation, whiteboard, power backup, internet connectivity, air cooler etc.; The training will be conducted for Rajshahi District/ Adjacent Districts of Rajshahi.
6. The firm should have online platform for trainee management;
7. The firm can submit their EOI for maximum 2 (two) Lot. If any firm submits their EOI for more than 2 Lot, all EOI of that firm shall be rejected directly. Moreover, separate proposal has to be submitted for each Lot;
8. After EOI evaluation only short listed firm will call for RFP.
