| Brief Description of Assignment |

There are number of key elements to be considered in the Scope of the required services within each of the phases (establishment, procurement, planning, design, development, configuration, testing, pilot implementation and rollout) of the project for each of the initiatives mentioned bellow, as appropriate:
1. Project Implementation Support
2. Baseline study of SRDL and School of Future
3. Prepare Training plan Design and monitoring,
4. Training Manual and Brochure Preparation
5. Design of “School of Future”
6. Procurement and Contract Support
7. Project Management Support
8. Lab setup monitoring and supervision
9. Requirement and System Analysis for “School of Future”
10. Conduct Research & Impact Analysis and Prepare Future Roadmap |

This is a national project with utmost importance towards the digital Bangladesh goal, so the bidder must prove that they have solid technical background and operational strength to undertake and take this work forward without any hindrance. Applicant must also have adequate technical ability, resources and processes. As such, following are defined as minimum eligibility criteria: (Documents must be submitted in the following order).
a) Must have valid Trade License of at least 7(Seven) years.
b) Must be registered with RJSC (Applicable for Joint Stock Company & Firm).
c) Must have minimum 5 (Five) years’ experience in consultancy services and experience in hardware and software implementation related project will give preferences.
d) Should have 3 (Three) years Monitoring and Supervision experience in consultancy services and experience in any hardware and software implementation related project will give preference.
e) Must have one contract value of 5 (five) crores in ICT implementation support project in last 3 (three) years.
f) Should have 20 (Twenty) project personnel in company related to Team lead, Project manager, ICT based Lab expert, Education expert/ pedagogy specialist, Procurement specialist and others.
g) Audit report of the previous 2 (Two) years.
h) Documents demonstrating the management and operational capacity of the firm / joint venture. Brochures, Company Profile and other documents describing company expertise, strength and experience, core functions, similar assignments or project experience, availability of relevant professional staff and experience among applicant’s staff/resources to carry out this assignment. In case of JV the maximum no. of members in the association is not more than 02 (Two).
i) Firms /JV will be selected in accordance with the procedure set out in Public Procurement Act 2006 and Public Procurement Rules 2008;
j) A shortlist of firms/JVs will be prepared upon evaluation of EOIs of the eligible applicants and 'Request for Proposal' document will be issued in their favor. A firm/JV will be selected using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method. Interested Applicants may obtain further information by contacting the addresses below-
