| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
SD-06: Finance & Procurement Specialist: Assist in budgeting, financial record keeping, reporting, fund monitoring, project expenditure & payment processing, assist in auditing, prepare procurement plan & documentation of procurement as per PPR, maintaining liaison for procurement and financial matters, analysis budget, etc. Advise Project Director in improving inelegancy of PPS Software in the area of Procurement Plan as per PPR. Assist the Project Director to prepare the Project Procurement Strategy for Development (PPSD) in regards to collect necessary and relevant procurement data or information.
SD-08: GIS Map Expert: Oversee all technical aspects of the project implementation regarding GIS support; Must have knowledge of developing, implementing and using GIS based system with GEOCODE which is maintained by Statistics and Information Division of Ministry of Planning or other respective ministries. Prepare detail GIS planning and database for Ministry/Division and concern agency, also for geographical area like- Division, District, Upazila, Thana, etc.; Prepare full-fledged GIS map procurement plan; Ensure in cooperation with PD,DPD, technical soundness of project activities and achievement of project outputs. |

SD-06: Finance & Procurement Specialist: The Consultant must have Master’s Degree in Accounting/Economics/ Statistics/ Finance/ Business Administration/ Management or other relevant subject; At least 10 years of work experience in development sector in the field of accounting including 5 years experience in public procurements
SD-08: GIS Map Expert: At least 5 years experience in planning and designing GIS database for large-scale Bangladesh Map, Working experience government projects, Skills in computer-aided design (GIS based) of area map system, networking system etc. Competence in relevant report writing. |
