Management Information Systems Specialist (Package No. SF-03): No. of Post:1-• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in ICT/ CSE/ EEE/ ECE or Master’s Degree in Electronics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ IT/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ Literacy & Information Science/ MIS;
• At least (5) years of experience in systems design of major business systems;
• Demonstrated successful experience managing complex technical projects;
• At least five (5) years’ experience of writing with MFS;
• Sound understanding on MIS methods and approaches;
• Skills in data management and analysis using MS Access, SQL, Oracle Visual Basic, SPSS, Stata, and other related software;
• Skills in programming in PHP and HTML;
• Excellent spoken and written Bengali and English skills;
• At least three (3) years of supervisory experience;
• At least one (1) year of project lead experience;
Program Specialist (Community Workfare) (Package No. SF-07-B): No. of Post:1-• At least Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering;
At least five (5) years of relevant operational experience and proven track record is required with specific experience/expertise in the following areas:
• Working on public workfare projects supported by cash for work programs for the poor;
• Working on the empowerment of women and girls and/or other gender focused issues;
• Ability to think strategically and conduct dialogue on social development policies and priorities, while maintaining a strong sense of realism with regard to context, conditions and competing demands for resources;
• Experience in designing and supervising civil works is highly desirable;
• Experience of working in donor-funded projects and of working in partnership with local, international NGOs and donors is preferred;
• Field experience is highly desirable;
• Excellent spoken and written Bangla and English skills;

3. Duration: The duration of the contracts will be thirty-three (33) months for each position. However, the duration of the assignments may be increased or decreased based on the performance of the consultants or the project needs.
4. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, July 2016, revised November 2017 (Procurement Regulations), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
5. The consultants will be selected following the Selection of Individual Consultant method of the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, July 2016, revised November 2017.
6. Expression of Interest needs to be submitted (either through e-mail and in person or by post and e-mail) to the following address by 17:00 hours on 28 October, 2020.
