This is a national project with utmost importance towards the digital Bangladesh goal so the bidder must prove that they have solid technical background and operational strength to undertake and take this work forward without any hindrances. Bidder must also have adequate technical ability, resources, human resources, and processes. As such, following are defined as minimum eligibility criteria:
1. The firm must have valid and up-to-date Trade license (2019-20), Register of joint stock & companies (RJSC) registration (if applicable), TIN certificate, VAT Identification Number, Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate (2018-19).
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Support business as a registered company/entity in Bangladesh.
3. Minimum 3 relevant experience certificates. Following experience has to be included:
i) Server administration
ii) LAN/ WAN maintenance and configuration
iii) Troubleshooting of software/ hardware and server
iv)Back up and security support
v) IT related training and capacity support4. Working Capital BDT 15 lac and Annual average turnover BDT 30 lac in last 3 years. Please provide audit report of the last 3 (Three) years. |

5. Must have full time IT personnel in company payroll related to Project Manager, IT Support cum Hardware Support Engineer.
6. Documents demonstrating the management and operational capacity of the firm (Brochures, Company Profile and other documents describing company expertise, strength and experience, core functions, products and services, similar assignments or project experience, trainings, availability of relevant professional staff and experience among applicant’s staff resources to carry out this assignment)
7. Please provide present Client list with details with Experience certificate.
Aspire to Innovate Programme now invites eligible Applicants/firms to indicate the interest in providing the services. Interested Consultants/firms are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services.
A shortlist of consultants will be prepared upon evaluation of EoIs of the eligible applicants and Request for Proposal document will be issued in their favor.
Initially the contract is expected to continue for 1 (One) year with possibility of extension to further period of further 2 (Two) years subject to satisfactory performance.
