| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Individual Consultant (Civil) will work under the direction supervision of the Chairman of the
Cox's Bazar Development Authority. He will be responsible for assisting the development works
of the Cox'sDA. He will responsible for procurement of Construction, Supply of goods and
service-related work as required by the authority. He has to perform the services closely with
concerned officials in close with Chairman, CoxDA and in close supervision with Member and

Applicants should have minimum 4 (Four) years Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
He should have minimum 05 years working experience on procurement work on e-Gp and of
Construction, Supply of goods and service-related work project monitoring and evaluation
related works. Preference will be given to the candidate having IEB Membership. Please note
that the criteria for selection consultant will be: a) Educational & Professional qualifications;
Relevant working experience and adequacy for the assignment; and c) Capability to carry out the
assignment (Overall suitability considering age, skill, language, local condition etc.) |

Interested applicant may collect “Request for Application" (RFA) from office of the under signed
or from the website of CoxDA ( www.coxda.gov.bd) . Interested candidates are requested to
submit their Expression of Interest Application Forms (Complete CV with other details as
required as per the Application Forms). Consultant will be selected using the selected using
selection of individual consultant sub-method in accordance with “Request for Application" RFA.
Duration of employment: Initially 02 (Two) Years. It may be extending depending on the
requirement and satisfactory performance of the incumbent. Workplace: CoxDA, Coxsbazar. |
