Primary objective of this project is to design and develop virtual learning experience in learning through AI driven new-age technology for Muktopaath platform to accelerate learning interactivity, To ensure sustainability of Muktopaath e-learning platform by making its architecture robust, secured and flexible to integrate different e-learning platforms and courses, To design and develop numbers of common modules which will serve multipurpose as those can be incorporated with any platform on need basis, To improve user-accessibility and ensure smooth manageability for the large number of partners and learners efficiently. This is a national project with utmost importance towards the digital Bangladesh goal so the bidder must prove that they have solid technical background and operational strength to undertake and take this work forward without any hindrances. Bidder must also have adequate technical ability, resources, human resources and processes. As such, following are defined as minimum eligibility criteria:
1. The vendor needs to have minimum 1 experience of developing e-learning platform providing courses for education/skills/professional development etc. (Please provide work completion certificate).
2.The vendor needs to have minimum 1 experience of working with e-governance projects (Please provide work completion certificate).
3.Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT business as a registered company/entity in Bangladesh.
4. Must have valid and up to date (2018-19) Trade license/ Register of joint stock & companies (RJSC) registration (if applicable), TIN certificate, VAT Identification Number, Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate (2018-19). |
