Preparing Master Plan (310 acre), Architectural, Structural, Foundation and MEP Design with detail Analysis, BOQ with detail measurement and specification following PWD current rate schedule and Related Supervision during Construction period for Industrial Plots(2154 nos.), Administrative Building (743.5 sqm, 6 storied building), Approach and Internal Roads, Drains-Culverts, Fire-Brigade Station, Police Station, Dumping House and Pump Driver Quarter, Medical Centre, Mosque, Jetty (2 nos.), CETP, Dumping yard, Incinerator, Boundary Wall with Main Gate, Sub-Station 33/11KV (2 nos.), Building for Admin Block, Post Office , Custom Office & Bank, Entrance Corporate Office, Canteen, Reception, Water-Electric-Gas line, Pond Design, River Water Treatment Plant. More Information will be provided in RFP schedule. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
a) Having experience in both design and construction supervision for minimum 12 (twelve) years of general experience.
b) The consulting firm should have experience as prime consultant for at least 01(one) number similar type of service during last 05(five) years.
c) The consultant should have experience for at least one ETP (minimum capacity 300 Cum/hr) and one Incinerator(minimum capacity 1 Ton/hr)
The EOI must include the following:
a) Company profile and individual directors’/ owners’ profile.
b) Latest auditor’s report on financial statements (In case of a consortium, each party’s auditor’s report needs to be submitted).
c) Bank solvency certificate.
d) Updated VAT, Trade License & Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate or similar documents.
e) Profile of the team of consultants.
f) Proof of similar job experience.
g) Declaration of company’s annual turnover and overall financial strength including current on-going project and future committed project.
h) Company Memorandum. |

a) Intending consulting firm will be selected and identified following short listing process as per PPR-2008. RFP (Request for Proposal) will be issued to the short-listed firms from the office of the undersigned;
b) The 03(three) sets of EOI(1 original+2Copy) with supporting documents must be delivered at or before schedule time, date & address in sealed envelope marked. |
